Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that we will be performing some scheduled maintenance on our infrastructure. This process will not cause any data loss or functionality change, it will involve only back end systems.
However, in order to execute these operations, we will have some planned downtime. The downtime is expected to last 30-60 minutes. During the downtime, the Public Page, Front Office, and Back Office will be unavailable.
For the US Sandbox, it is scheduled for October, 28th at 4am EST
